How it works

One form. Route-matched companies. Your decision.

MoveBird organizes the messy first hour of planning a move. Everything after that stays in your hands.

  1. Step 1

    Describe your move once

Origin and destination, timing, home size, a room-by-room inventory, and the extra services you want — packing, storage, vehicle transport and more.

  2. Step 2

    Give consent, on the record

Before anything is shared, you read and accept a plain-language disclosure explaining exactly what MoveBird is and what happens with your information.

  3. Step 3

    Companies see a masked preview

Businesses that service your lanes see metro areas, an approximate date, home size, inventory summary and requested services. Your name, phone, email and street address are hidden.

  4. Step 4

    A company unlocks your request

To reach you, a verified company spends a credit. Only then does it see your contact details and full move information — and only that company.

  5. Step 5

    You evaluate and decide

Compare who reached out, verify credentials independently, ask for written estimates, and hire whoever you want — or nobody at all.

What it costs you

Nothing. Consumers never pay MoveBird. Moving companies fund the platform through subscriptions and lead credits, which is also why they only unlock requests they can genuinely service.
